Crispy Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
If you knew my long-term relationship with peanut butter, youโd know just how big of a deal it is for me to say that balls filled with peanut butter were eaten by me โ let alone have become a new favorite!
I had a back and forth relationship with peanut butter growing up. I remember at some point really liking celery and peanut butter together. Why? How? I have no clue. It sounds gross to me now. But I have a vivid memory of liking it.
Most of my memories though are of not wanting anything to do with anything with peanut butter in it. I know. Crazy, right?
When other kids had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, I had jelly sandwiches (Iโve always been a hoarder of sugary things ๐ ). Peanut butter cookie? Iโd rather have had no cookie at all. Reeseโs? Didnโt touch the stuff. Always traded them away at Halloween.
I know, I know. How was that even possible?? Iโm not really sure.
But Iโve since changed my ways! I mean, did you see my Reeseโs Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake last week?!? Clearly Iโm a big fan now, but itโs a fairly new peanut butter love affair.
And these Crispy Peanut Butter Balls are feeding my addiction. I really need to never make them again โ Iโve eaten so many I have a headache as I type this. But of course I will make them again because Iโm addicted.
I love these even more than the traditional buckeye because of the crispies. I didnโt expect it โ but the added crunch and texture seriously makes me eat one after the other. Itโs a problem. A problem Iโd like to pass onto you. ๐
Another great thing about these? No. Bake. Come to me lover. Anything thatโs this easy and requires no baking simply rocks.
Plus, I get to yell to the hubs to โbring me my balls!โ I just kind of find that fun. Iโm a kid, I know.
And you know what? These are perfect for the Super Bowl which is only a few days a way, which means you better get going. Time to make some balls!

How long will they last in the fridge? thank you
They should be fine for about a week, but they could start to lose their crispiness with time.
โBring me my balls!โ Omg, that gave me a good laugh. ๐
And Iโm a total fan of anything with chocolate, peanut butter, and crunchy, so these are definitely added to my list of things to make!
